Miriam Baker is the winner of TFI's 2014 New Labels® fashion design competition. Her winning fall 2014 collection was inspired by memories of a wedding at a regency estate in Hampshire, England. Although the inspiration is from times past, the collection is very much for today’s modern woman.
Philosophy behind the brand:
Many women, including the designer herself, struggle to find clothes that fit and flatter the figure. Miriam felt inspired to find a solution and created a line of ‘bra sized’ apparel. Her specialized fit means women can shop by dress size and bra size, allowing the waist and bust to be considered independently of one another for the best possible fit. Ultimately Miriam Baker wants to help women feel great about their bodies.
